LGF Group Travel Itinerary
THIS SUMMER 2026:
We are introducing the first ever volunteer program to cross South America by boat! We will begin the trip by journeying deep into the Ecuadorian Amazon to volunteer with a small Waorani tribal community. Then, we will journey across the Amazon as a part of a precedent setting expedition. Click below to learn more and to apply for this historic trip!
We are also introducing the first coordinated group trip to the community of El Murco, Ecuador. Here we will teach art education to kids, poetry and English to adults, work in the fields with local woman, renovate a bus into a classroom, get to know a local volcano, journey to Baños, even play paint ball- all while creating a documentary!
I know it sounds like a lot, and that’s because it is, we believe every group trip should leave behind not just great memories with locals, but impactful change for their communities. Click below to read more!
In the works…
We are working on a Cinema for Social Impact: Capoeira and the Afro-Diaspora- a trip dedicated to understanding African culture through the lens of traditional music, dance, and martial arts.
We are also working on a trip to go to Medellin, Colombia, bringing poetry, self expression, and amplification to the stories of a city with an infamous history. More information coming soon!
